Pull Up a Chair

I've kept blogs before. And journals. Planning, I'm good at. I have the disc-bound planners, fountain pens and coffee rings to prove it. Keeping up with a blog has always been the harder part.

So why try again? Because I wanted one place where all of it comes together.

I run a tech company. I think about AI every day, both what it can do and what it should do. And I'm also a woman with a cozy mug, two dogs, a planner habit, a book in progress and an album taking shape. For a long time those felt like separate lives. They aren't. They're the same life, and it's happening in a world that's changing faster than any of us expected.

That's what Embers & Oracles is for. It's a space for the human and the technological, side by side. It's for AI musings from someone who builds with it, and for the bigger question of what it means to partner with our technology while staying one hundred percent human.

The videos are where the conversation happens. Sometimes it's just me and my coffee, riffing with no teleprompter. More and more, it'll be friends: good conversation, relatable lives, and all the things that actually matter. I got lucky in my life, and it's full of great humans. I want you to meet them. The Journal is where I slow down. It's for the longer thoughts, the books I'm reading, notes on The Interior Winter, and the stories behind the songs for Biblical Womanhood.

The cozy. The connected. The real. The real world.

I'll write when I have something worth saying. You read when you have a minute and something warm to drink. And if something lands, tell me. That's the whole point of a seat by the fire.

Triple espresso, cozy mug. Let's go.
